This could be due to a number of reasons, please follow these instructions below to allow DARE to send you notifications.
Do Not Disturb is ON - One of the most common reasons why iPhone notifications are not working is because Do Not Disturb is turned on. Do Not Disturb is a feature that silences all calls, texts, and other alerts on your iPhone. To turn off Do Not Disturb, open the Settings app on your iPhone and tap Do Not Disturb. Then, tap on the switch next to Do Not Disturb to turn it off. You’ll know Do Not Disturb is off when the switch is positioned to the left.
Notifications for the DARE app is disabled - Your iPhone allows you to turn off all notifications for specific apps, which may be the problem here.
Go to Settings -> Notifications and tap on the app that you’re not receiving notifications from. Make sure the switch next to Allow Notifications is turned on. You’ll know the switch is on when it’s green!
Poor Wi-Fi & Cellular Connection - If your iPhone isn’t connected to your Wi-Fi or Cellular network, your iPhone won’t receive notifications. Please ensure that you are getting a good internet signal on your phone all the time.
TIP: Always make sure that your phone's operating system and our App is up to date. If your application is running on older versions of software, or if you haven’t updated to newer versions in a while, you will encounter an issue with the Push Notifications.
You may do this by going to the settings of your phone then tapping on Systems & Updates ( Android) or Settings > General > About > Software version (IOS).
If this fails, you should uninstall the DARE App and install it here

Then when asked to allow notifications please do so.
