The Panic Away course teaches you to move away from fear into a feeling of trust that you are safe. It is the fear of the fear that creates the wave like cycle of anxiety and panic attacks. Once that cycle is broken it is only a short matter of time before the general anxiety levels drop and you return to normal.
The course teaches you to deal with both general anxiety and the specific cases as they arise in the form of 'anxiety attacks'. The course is divided into 3 stages:
* Stage 1 deals with the panic attacks and most people get instant results using the combination of 21 sec countdown and 7 min exercise - the 21/7 technique.
* Stage 2 tackles general anxiety or G.A.D. (General Anxiety Disorder) and usually takes a couple of weeks to bring the level of stress you are feeling back down to a more normal level.
* Stage 3 is about sealing your recovery and being resilient to any setbacks.
